Discussion about Dorset Police Misconduct by DVSO

Written by DVSO on . Posted in All News

This is the first in a series of documentary videos that highlight on the application for and execution of unlawful search warrants by the Dorset Police. All in all this amounts to Police trespass. The items that were seized became stolen items because of the invalid search warrant.

A search warrant was applied for by PC Jenny Bousfield of Dorset Police, and Granted by the Magistrate that is Chairman of the Bench P.D Homer JP. This magistrate should have known that you cannot issue a search warrant for a summary offence. Unlike PC Jenny Bousfield who is a Dorset copper that probably doesn’t have a clue of what is right and wrong. For this reason she will be receiving a Woodentop Award for Plod of the Month, 22 May 2015.

However, this magistrate Homer, that is another matter. To issue a search warrant for a summary offence, that is not an offence that a search warrant can be issued for, amounts to Misfeasance in public office. Wether it is conscious Misfeasance, or unconscious misfeasance, misfeasance in public office is still an indictable criminal offence. As with everybody in the Dorset so called justice system, these people are never held to account for their wrongdoing, except by activists publishing their wrongdoing on websites such as this.

What is of more concern is the waste of tax payers money obtaining and executing this warrant for the seizure of a garden gnome relating to a fictitious character know to the police as Charlie Chin, they also illegally seised an antique statue of Pinocchio along with other items. After the money spent on three court hearings the case against Mrs Gill was dropped, or thrown out.

In the next video we talk about the Crown Prosecution Service and it’s short comings.
